1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new MicroTZ Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • This is your first subscription to MicroTZ Pro
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. What's Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly recurring charges after the initial 7-day period)
  • Partial month usage - we do not prorate refunds
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
  • Second or subsequent subscriptions by the same user

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days: Send an email to microtz@madanyemba.devwith the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include required information:
    • Your registered email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any feedback that might help us improve our service

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Through your account: Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription

  • Immediate effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

8. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances:

  • Extended service outages affecting your ability to use MicroTZ
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing Pro features
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion

9. Free Trial and Promotions

If you've used a free trial or promotional offer:

  • The 7-day refund period begins when you're first charged (after the trial/promotion ends)
  • Free trials and promotional periods are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made
  • Standard refund terms apply to your first paid subscription period
